Ingredients

Pork Tenderloins (1-2, possibly enough marinade for 3)

Marinade

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
1 Tbsp garlic paste or 4-5 cloves chopped or crushed fresh garlic
1 Tbsp ginger paste or chopped fresh ginger
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp sesame oil

Directions

Toasting the sesame seeds is optional, but it's worth the trouble. Heat skillet to medium-high and add the sesame seeds. Swirl the seeds in the skillet until they are pleasantly golden and give off a wonderful aroma.

Mix all marinade ingredients. Adjust quantities to taste and to the amount of pork being used. Cover the pork with the marinade. Fork the pork a bit then place in refrigerator, covered, for 1-4 hours. Tenderloin can be frozen in marinade for later use, too.

Grilling

Grill about 8 minutes on each side. Pork is done when internal temperature reaches around 155°F. Carve in 3/4 in. thick medallions.
